Happy Independence Day

I'm mostly taking this week off.  But before I go, I thought I'd share a perfect YA book for the 4th of July.  I just finished it a few days ago and I found it was a fun, light, beach read.  Plus, some big events happen on the 4th of July.  So, if you're looking for something that won't require you to think too much but will still put a smile on your face, I recommend his book.

If fate sent you an email, would you answer?

When teenage movie star Graham Larkin accidentally sends small town girl Ellie O'Neill an email about his pet pig, the two seventeen-year-olds strike up a witty and unforgettable correspondence, discussing everything under the sun, except for their names or backgrounds.

Then Graham finds out that Ellie's Maine hometown is the perfect location for his latest film, and he decides to take their relationship from online to in-person. But can a star as famous as Graham really start a relationship with an ordinary girl like Ellie? And why does Ellie want to avoid the media's spotlight at all costs?
Happy Independence Day, everyone!

Oh, this is interesting. I just read another book premise about being in the limelight. These storylines are very cool for teens who are curious about what it's really like to be famous. And, wow, I'm curious as to whether a famous/nonfamous relationship can ever flourish.
