Two & Twenty Dark Tales

TWO AND TWENTY DARK TALES
Coming October 2012, a dark YA anthology based on Mother Goose nursery rhymes. Is your skin crawling yet?

Nursery rhymes sung sweetly can take us back to childhood. But deep inside many of those childhood favorites is… a hint of something dark. TWO AND TWENTY DARK TALES: Dark Retellings of Mother Goose Rhymes imagines dark and sinister things amuck in Mother Goose-land. From familiar rhymes, to some of the more obscure, TWO AND TWENTY DARK TALES is a must read for anyone who enjoyed Mother Goose rhymes as a child, but has come to love the darkest of tales.

I can't believe I'm going to be included in a novel with the likes of these other fantabulous authors!!

My nursery rhyme?  Hey Diddle, Diddle.

I know, how do you make a dark YA story where the characters are a laughing dog, a moon-jumping cow, and a fiddle-playing cat?  The only hint I'll give you is that involves ancient Egyptian mythology in a modern-day setting.  Other than that, you're just going to have to wait and see.
